55 Blair road house is a renovation and restoration of a traditional art deco style shop house. The designer perfectly convert this house into ultra modern style with offers an exciting natural light with open plan living which is unusual to this types of terrace house. Designed by Ong ong, especially brings a balance between nature and contemporary living. The house has a beautiful Art Deco style terrace and an awesome swimming pool. Villa Astrid ? Beautiful Cliff House in Sweden by Wingardh

Villa Astrid is a beautiful building on West Swedish Landscape. Designed by Wingardhs design studio this villa was dictated by the local building code, which stipulates a 3.5-metre eaves height and a roof pitch between 14 and 27 degrees. The two storey villa with exotic interior design, the first floor contains the bedrooms and other private space, and the second floor has an open-plan kitchen, a separate dining room and a large lounge, for outdoor relaxing it has an outdoor lounge with outdoor fireplace. The exterior was made from concrete, insulated with foamglass and the clad with metal sheeting. . The glazed sections resemble holes cut out of solid copper armour plating. The structure is very robust. Concrete roof beams insulated with foam glass repose on the walls of lightweight concrete, giving a totally impervious structure beneath the skin of patinated copper. Copper ions are neutralised by crushed limestone round the foundation.

Modern Beach House in Palabritas Beach by Jose Orrego

Jose Orrego the Peruvian architect is the designer of this stunning beach house located on Palabritas Beach in Lima, Peru. The house especially designed to offers amazing beach views, the exterior is so beautiful with modern curves that remind of the Brazilian architecture of the sixties. Both of exterior and interior was dominated in white color and combined with red accent, its a perfect combination. The exterior was designed as a white elevated box, exposed from its front side. One of the sides has a concrete lattice based on a contemporary composition with perforations that allow the interior to have a transparency without losing its intimacy. The dining and living room are placed so that they can be integrate with the terrace by sliding the glass doors. An interior patio was developed on a lower level where the bedrooms and family room conjoin so that an intimate zone for these rooms are created. The main bedroom is located on the first level and was designed so that it had a view towards the ocean. As a whole the house created a contrast of red color over white surfaces, in a way that the spaces give an appearance of amplitude. From the inside of the living room, the architecture offers a frame that shows the landscape of the beach, the island and the sunset.
